Any unpaid balance (not covered by the Fall 2020 Payment Plan) by November 9th may be subject to a hold on the student account.  The hold will prevent future registration and the release of transcripts.  To clear your accounting hold, please pay the past due balance in full.

The quickest and most efficient way to receive your refund is through direct deposit. Students can take action now to sign up for direct deposit on WebSTAC. To do so, select Billing & Bear Bucks ->  Pay/View My Bill -> Sign up for direct deposit refunds. If you are already signed up for direct deposit, you may wish to confirm your banking information.

Have your student grant you access by logging into Webstac and selecting Billing Records, Pay/View My Bill. Once in the portal your student will need to click on "Add New" in the "Parent/Other User ID" section. An email will be sent to you with your credentials. You will be able to use these credentials to login.
